    This quote has meaning for all. Attempt to be in the moment most of a minute, the following seconds, a second. I have been developing this over 15 years by not over scheduling my day, the week, the month. Especially satisfying when preparing food, cooking a meal, and creating a beautiful presentation on the table…to share.
