Poets on Parade

August 8, 2015

Auburn Days

Mid-August means Auburn Days and Auburn Days means Poets on Parade. Coming up next Sunday, August 16, 2015, Poets on Parade will start at 10:00am with a free two-hour workshop, Organizing Your Manuscript from Start to Finish, presented by poet and author Matthew Brouwer.

After a short lunch break, poets take the stage for the remainder of the afternoon, wrapping up at 5:00pm after a two-hour open mic, which includes a contest segment and a non-contest segment. There will also be a book swap, a book drive and a small-press book fair.

Auburn Days has a packed schedule, August 14, 15 and 16. See the full Auburn Days schedule (more on Facebook) and details and participant bios for Poets on Parade.
